Rink Etiquette
The rink is our home away from home. Pucks and balls are not allowed in the areas outside of the actual ice rinks. Waste should be placed in the proper receptacles. Sticks should remain below the waist. If you would like to change a television channel, please see a rink employee. Please remind players to respect these rules.

NEW Jerseys!
This season, we're giving our jerseys a stylish upgrade! Players will receive two high-quality jerseys with a sleek design that pays homage to classic, old-school hockey sweaters. Additionally, we're moving away from red. Each player will receive one black and one white jersey and two pairs of socks.
Players are welcome to wear their jerseys as long as they can, and as long as these jerseys remain our official design, they can be passed down to younger siblings! Jersey payments should be made upon pick up. You will be notified when jerseys arrive. Cash/check/money order accepted. The expected total is $252 + tax.
Equipment
WMID has a large collection of player equipment that is available for use by WMID players on an as needed basis. Last year, volunteers spent countless hours organizing our gear. There will likely be someone in the office to help you, but if not, we kindly ask that if a player borrows an item, you make sure it gets back into the appropriate bin. Thank you in advance!
TREASURER'S CORNER
New Treasurer
Jasen Rademacher is our WMID Treasurer. Questions regarding fees may be sent to westmichiganicedogstreasurer@gmail.com. Please allow 24 hours for a reply. Any financial questions related to individual teams (tournaments, team events, etc.) should be directed to coaches and managers.
Invoices & Payments
Invoices will be sent through QuickBooks to the email address used at registration. If you’d like to update your billing email, please contact us.
Payments can be made directly through QuickBooks using:
Cash, Check
Money Order
Apple Pay (2.99% fee)
PayPal (2.99% fee)
Venmo (2.99% fee)
Credit/Debit Card (2.99% fee)
Bank Transfer (1% fee)
Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Holland Hockey Association. and must be dropped off in the drop box on the second floor of the ice rink. Include your player’s name and team to ensure correct accounting. The box is checked M, T, & Th after 7 pm. Cash should be handed to the Treasurer (Jasen) or General
Manager (Cam).
Important Notes
Do not give payments directly to coaches or managers. Do not place cash in the drop box. If you have multiple skaters, please clearly note this with your payment.
Learn to Play (LTP) / Cross-Ice: Full payment is due at the start of the session.
For all others, each family will receive an invoice with the total amount due for the season. This balance will be divided into up to six monthly installments (September–
February), with payments due on the 15th of each month. First payments are due September 15, 2025, and invoices will follow shortly after this newsletter. You are
also welcome to pay your balance in full at any time.
Please pay your monthly installments by the 15th unless you’ve made other arrangements with the Treasurer. On the 16th of each month, a list of past due accounts will be shared with coaches and managers. If a player is more than 30 days past due, the association reserves the right to suspend that player from on-ice activities until payment is made.
We understand that unexpected expenses can come up. If you run into financial difficulties, please reach out to us right away—we want to work with you before it becomes a situation where players are sidelined. While we are not requiring a card on file for auto-draft this year; however, unpaid balances will not be allowed to carry forward.
Raise Right
Raise Right earnings from April through August will be applied to your invoice at the beginning of the season. September through December earnings will be applied
monthly.
